Urban renewal is the restoration/reclamation of the regions exposed to urban collapse, improvement of the structures by means of public initiative or support. Under this scope, the main purpose of the urban transformation is to bring all of the cities and city centers or parts of them to a condition which may allow much better response to the changing conditions of time through local plans and programmes in order to provide more metter accommodation conditions, trade and industry availabilities and public buildings. Demolisment of the older buildings which are so deterioated that they do not allow for the improvement of their economic and structural properties and development of the parts of cities including such buildings within the frame of a new planning order are provided with urban transformation.
Vakıf Real Estate Valuation Inc. offers services for the provision of technical data (map, plan, geological studies, etc) for the project areas of the urban transformation and renewal projects executed by local authorities especially by Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) and determination and valuation of right owners and immovable assets (lands, structures, outhouses, etc).
