Vakıf Real Estate Apprasial has been incorporated on Aug. 23, 1995 as Vakıf Expertise Apprasial INC. at Ebu Ziya Tevfik Sok. No. : 24 address that takes place at Çankaya in Ankara with 30 personnel as a participation of the T. VAKIFLAR BANKASI T.A.O. that operates since 57 years now in the banking sector without sacrificing reliability and service quality as per the provisions of the Turkish Trade Law “ to conduct the expertise and assessment transactions of all kinds of real estates ”.

Our company had moved to the service building that takes place on the Akay Road on 04.11.2003 due to the increased work load and no. of personnel and conducted its activities for a while from here. The General Management of our company that developed and that has grown in the course of time has then moved to the service building that takes place on the Eti Mah Ali Suavi Sok. No. : 11 Maltepe - Ankara  address on 08.03.2006 and still carries out its activities even today at the same service building. 

Our company has recorded important achievements in the course of the provision of fast, reliable and effective assessment / expertise services through its expert and administrative personnel cadre that add up today to  176 persons in total and through its 150 representatives in 81 Provinces of Turkey.

The title of the company has been changed into “ Vakıf Real Estate Apprasial INC. ” by publishing this change  on the Trade Register Gazette No. 7061 dated 13.05.2008 and then the change pertaining to the capital increase and the change in our capital shares has been published on the Trade Register Gazette dated 05.12.2008. The T. VAKIFLAR BANKASI T.A.O. that owns the 54 % of our capital today has become the greatest shareholder of us.

Vakıf Real Estate Apprasial INC.  has entered the list of “ Companies that are to provide Assessment Service within the Frame of Capital Markets Regulations ” on Jan. 23, 1996 and has been taken into the list of the BDDK - Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu {Banking Arrangement and Auditing Organization} on 11 Aug., 2009.

Our company that has grown in a fast manner in our world that becomes globalized has opened up its branch managements in official manner in Turkey at Istanbul, Izmir and Adana. These branches have been transformed into branch management organizations on 05.03.2009 in an official manner.

Opening up of our 2nd Branch Management in the Anatolian side of Istanbul has been decided upon through the decision of the Board of Directors dated 01.06.2010 and this Branch Management has started its operations in an official manner on 06.09.2010. Again the setting up of Antalya Branch Management has been decided upon through the decision of the Board of Directors dated 16.09.2010 and this Branch Management has started its operations in an official manner on 06.12.2010. Our Bursa Branch Management has been opened up on 13.04.2011 and our Kayseri Branch Management, on the other hand, has been opened up on 26.07.2011.

The No. of our Branch Managements today have reached 8 Branch Managements altogether where these are namely Ankara, Istanbul, (Anatolian and the European), Izmir, Adana, Antalya, Bursa and Kayseri.  

Vakıf Real Estate Apprasial INC. examines and researches the current values of the real estates through an independent and a neutral eye and reports these to you in accordance with the international standards within the frame of the Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK - Capital Market Organization) and the Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurulu (BDDK - Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu {Banking Arrangement and Auditing Organization}) regulations.
